Columbia hosts chef

winemaker's dinner Columbia Winery will host Nick Stellino, star of public television's cooking show Cucina Amore when he is in the Seattle area to promote his new cookbook. Stellino will join Columbia's own winemaker, David Lake, M.W., in hosting a gala Winemaker's Dinner at the winery.
   The dinner will showcase some of the flavorful Mediterranean specialties featured on the televison series paired with a selection of Columbia's award winning wines. The evening's festivities will begin at 7 p.m. at the winery. The cost is $75 with reserved seating only. For reservations, call Columbia Winery at 206-488-2776 during office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
   Columbia Winery will also host a free book signing event with Nick Stellino on Sunday, April 13, from noon to 4 p.m. This will be the public's first chance to purchase Nick Stellino's Mediterranean Flavors, the companion cookbook to his third cooking series on public television.
