Woodinville Historical Society elects new officers

Woodinville Historical Society The Woodinville Historical Society's newly-elected officers for 1997 are: Phyllis Keller, president; Gladys Berry, vice president; Judy Moore, secretary; Barbara Donnelly, treasurer, and Suzi Freeman will fill the position-at-large.
   The Society has a busy agenda scheduled for 1997 which includes completing King County Heritage grants for both a historical tour guide and historical photographs, siting the Washkuhn sawmill, and recording the memories of many of the descendants of Woodinville's pioneers.
   "We are always looking for help with existing projects and ideas for ways by which we can best preserve and perpetuate the history of our community," said incoming president Keller. "If Woodinville's history intrests you, come to our meetings or write us at P.O. Box 216, Woodinville, WA 98072," she said.
   Meetings are held the third Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the conference room at Towne Bank in downtown Woodinville.
