Benefit concert and auction

   The Venture Crew of Boy Scout Troop 579 will hold a benefit concert and silent auction April 24 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Kamiakin Junior High. Vic Mills and Becky Marks, who recently performed at the Woodinville Library, will entertain with country and old-time rock 'n' roll. The event will benefit the boys' trek next summer at Camp Philmont in New Mexico. Call 821-1754 for details.

Blood drive

   The Blood Bank will be in Bothell at the Cove in the Bothell United Methodist Church on April 28th from 3 to 8 p.m. The church is on West Hill, next to Bothell High School at 18515 92nd Ave NE.

Luncheon at Bothell Museum

   The Bothell Historical Museum Society will hold its annual spring luncheon Monday, April 28 at 11:30 a.m. at the Museum in the Park at Bothell Landing. The public is welcome to join others who are interested in preserving Bothell's history. R.S.V.P. by calling 486-3476. A monthly business meeting will precede the luncheon at 10 a.m.

Free admission

   To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the 1962 Seattle World's Fair, visitors born in 1962 and with valid proof of birthdate will be admitted free to the Pacific Science Center on the 21st of each month from April 21 through October 21, 1997.
