DECA award winners heading for Anaheim

DECA award winners Recently, students from Bothell, Inglemoor, and Woodinville High Schools competed at the Washington DECA Career Development Conference in SeaTac. DECA, an association of marketing students, is an organization that meets outside of school and works to apply real life skills within the community. The following students earned their way to National DECA Career Development Conference in Anaheim, California, April 29th through May 4th:

Bothell High School: Jason Dunaway, Hyo Hwang, Meaghan Syvrud, Gords Beck, and Erin McCormick. Coach is Robin McNabb.

Inglemoor High School: Ray Aberle, Erfon Haubenstock, Arul Krishnan, Alex Matsumura, Brian Staniszewski, Brian Flugstad, Josh Gay, Dan Lewis, Ben Thorton, Matt Smith, Drew Hanft, Andy Suda, Brett Durbin, and Andy Willard. Coached by Dave Olmer.

Woodinville High School: Brian Carlson, Paul Burke, Jeff Schwindt, Courtney Hill, Brooke Johnson, Alice Woolman, Mark Chang, Mike Shaffer, and Brett Lasby. Coach is Bobbie Peterson.
