   The University Players, a six-member drama troupe comprised of students from Seattle Pacific University, will perform on Sunday, May 4 at 9:30 a.m. at Bear Creek United Methodist Church. The performance is free and open to the public.
   The University Players have won a well-deserved reputation for dramatic excellence and teological richness. The students develop their own scripts based on improvisation techniques which engage the audience in exploring conflict and difficult issues. The Players perform in churches and high schools throughout the Western United States. Seattle Pacific University, founded in 1891, is a fully accredited Christian university of liberal arts and professional studies, located in Seattle, Washington.

   Cedar Park Christian School secondary drama department will present the musical Living on the Edge, a timeless story about choices and learning to take a stand, on May 1 at 7 p.m.; May 2 at 6 and 8:15 p.m.; and May 3 at 2 p.m. Student tickets are $3 and adults are $4.    The Woodinville Unitarian Universalist Church welcomed back the Rev. Barbara Wells after a four-month sabbatical. A welcome home celebration was held Friday, April 18th.

   The Lake Washington United Methodist Church Chancel Choir will be performing at the sixth annual Eastside United Methodist Choir Festival at Bothell UMC (18515 92nd Ave. NE, Bothell) on May 4 at 5 p.m. Approximately 150 choir members from Bothell, Fall City, Kent, Redmond, and St. Peter's will also participate. Each choir will perform two anthems and then combine as a massed choir singing four numbers. A reception will be held following the concert and child care is available.    Bothell Emmanuel Presbyterian Church will hold a rummage sale on Saturday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 19540 104th Ave. NE, Bothell. For information, call 486-6388.

   The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Bothell Stake, will present the musical Navuoo, on May 2 at 8 p.m., and May 3 at 2 p.m. at the Bothell Stake Center. Admission is free. Call 487-3441 for tickets.

   Bible Study Outreach is a non-denominational Bible study group that meets at the Woodinville Community United Methodist Church every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Call 483-5252 for information.
