   April 24: Two "wakeboards" were taken from a recreational products company in the 15100 block of Woodinville Redmond Road NE. Employees are suspected. Other items have come up missing from the business in the past.
   April 25: A 32-year-old Woodinville man was cited for a hit-and-run accident in the 17900 block of SR-522. The man rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 51-year-old Snohomish woman who was allegedly stopped on an offramp.
   April 25: A man exposed a portion of his anatomy to three people on the sidewalk at a park in the 17300 block of 131st Avenue NE. The suspect is described as a white male, early 30s, 6'2", 180 pounds, and brown-haired. He was driving a white 1991 Chevy company van.
   April 25-28: A red and blue 1993 Honda motorcycle was stolen from the Edgewood Apartments in the 14000 block of NE 181st Place.
   April 27: An illegal dumping occurred in the 16000 block of NE 185th Street. Garbage, including three rainbow trout, was thrown into a yard.
   April 28-29: A red 1995 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen near the 17900 block of 151st Way NE. The vehicle had been locked and the car alarm was set.
   April 29: A high school student riding his bicycle to school was accosted by three males in an older green hatchback. The student gestured "What's up?" and the vehicle backed up. Three males, ranging in age from approximately 16-18, exited the car. A 16-year-old white male, 5'11", 150 pounds, with a combed-back mohawk, pulled out a 5" butterfly knife and cut the victim five times on the forearms. The victim did not require medical treatment. The suspect, who was wearing a green sweatshirt and black jeans, is not believed to be from this area.
