Kidnapping attempts

kidnapping attempts There were 2 attempted kidnappings in Bothell recently. Last Monday, May 12, a woman was concerned when she saw a man talking to an 8-to-10-year-old girl on the Westhill Elementary playground. When the woman approached, the man fled. The girl reported the man had asked her to go into the woods with him.
The hallway at Heritage Christian School in Bothell was the scene of another attempt on May 13. A 13-year-old boy was grabbed by a stranger, but was able to escape.
The description of the suspect in both cases is very similar, according to Capt. Bob Woolverton. He is described as a white male, 6+ ft., fit and in shape, with brown hair, 30 to 35 years old, wearing a light colored shirt and dark shorts.
