   The Welsh Choir will present The Welsh in the Pacific Northwest in Word and Song on June 1 at 2:30 p.m. Cost is $6 in advance, $8 at the door.

   Register for computer classes offered for seniors on May 30 from 8:30-10 a.m.

   Sign up for a variety of day and extended trips on June 2 at 9 a.m.

   Join an arthritis support group on June 3 from 10:30 a.m.-noon.

   Join a support group for tips and suggestions for anyone facing the challenges of weight loss on June 3 from 1-2 p.m.

   A Washington state Bar Association attorney will discuss living trusts on May 28 from 9:30-11 a.m.

   The Mill Creek Senior Center will be putting a Computer Learning Center in around Aug. 1997. For information, call 487-2441.

   Meet with a certified financial planner to discuss investment selection, tax, estate, and retirement planning May 28, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Call for an appointment.

   Enjoy ballroom dancing every Wednesday from 1-3 p.m. $2.

   A program for individuals experiencing mild memory loss or in the early stage of Alzheimer's Disease are invited to join a club Fridays, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. $20 per day, call 727-6214.

   A certified adult day health program which provides care for adults with cognitive and/or physical disabilities is available at the Northshore Adult Day Center. Call Jane Sepede at 488-4821.

   Seniors needing help with substance abuse have a program available to them, the Senior Alcohol Assistance Services (SAAS). Potential participants call Shairi Hightower at 258-2662, 1-800-440-4686, or Barbara Berry at 487-2441.

   Volunteers are needed to make weekly visits to homebound and isolated seniors. To volunteer, call 486-4564 or 727-6214.

   Join an informal group for reading and writing poetry on Fridays from 1:30-3 p.m.

   Senior Checkup, Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Physical exam by a geriatric nurse-practitioner, including simple blood and stool tests, pap smear or prostate exams, followed with appropriate referrals. Call 486-4564 for appointment.

   Alcoholics Anonymous, Wednesdays, 10-11:30 a.m. AA meeting for those who think they may have a problem with drinking.
