Kenmore meetings

   The Citizens for Incorporation of Kenmore have set up three informational meetings for the public. Agendas and speakers will be the same at each meeting. All begin at 7 p.m.:   A voice mail line has been set up at 728-3924.

Blood drives

   Hospitals in Western Washington require blood from approximately 700 blood donors daily. Upcoming blood drives in the area include June 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the St. Brendan's Catholic Church parking lot, 24323 Bothell Way SE, with a break from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The Duvall Truck Bay at 1st and Stella in Duvall will be the site of a blood drive June 2 from 2 to 8 p.m. For more information, call 1-800-DONATE-1.

Cajun dance benefits baseball team

   A Cajun dance benefiting the Northshore Hawks is planned for June 7 at the Sammamish Grange in Woodinville. Featured will be a gumbo feed beginning at 7 p.m. with free dance lessons at 7:30 p.m. and dancing from 8 to 11 p.m. Admission is $7; dinner is $5. For information, call 833-7632 or 481-3517.

CPR, first aid courses available

   Infant, child, and adult CPR and first aid classes are available through the City of Bothell Parks & Recreation Department on June 3. Participants who complete the class will receive a 2-year certification. Fee for the class is $5 which is returned on completion. Adult and pediatric Heartsaver CPR will be offered June 5; the fee is $20. First aid will be taught June 10 with a fee of $20. Registration is required. Call 486-3256, ext. 4377.
