what's happening    Forecaster's Public House at the Redhook Ale Brewery presents The King-a-Lings playing blues on June 20. Hear more blues and rock when Elmore Lewis & the Soul Wreckers perform June 21. Both shows are from 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The Spencer Hoveskeland Trio will play jazz June 23 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Forecaster's Public House is located at 14300 NE 145th St. in Woodinville.    The sax and piano duo of Frank Mileti and Robin Maiers performs every Monday and the first and last Wednesdays of each month from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at JJJ's located on the corner of Central Way and Lake St. in Kirkland. Call 822-7319.
