City set for the Fourth
Plans are in place for a fireworks spectacular and concert when Woodinville celebrates the Fourth of July. The Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra kicks the night off with a concert at Chateau Ste. Michelle from 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $5; under 12 are admitted free.
Following the music, the city holds its annual fireworks show at the JB Sod Farm. Sponsored by Columbia Winery, Redhook Ale Brewery, Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery, the Bellevue Philharmonic Orchestra, Classic KING-FM (98.1), and the City of Woodinville, the fireworks begin at 10:30 p.m.
Grounds open at 6 p.m. Bring a picnic basket, radio, flashlights, and blankets. There will be activities for kids, including a fitness challenge, entertainment, and crafts from 7-10 p.m.
METRO is providing a free shuttle from the Woodinville Park & Ride and along NE 175th Street to the event site from 6-12 p.m.
