Summer recycling and clean-up

recycling All Bothell residents are invited to participate in the city's Spring Recycling & Clean-Up Day, Saturday, June 28, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bothell High School, 18125 92nd Ave. NE.

What you can bring:
   Accepted yardwaste items: yard and garden clippings (if brought in plastic bags, must be emptied on site), small brush and branches 8" in diameter or less, small stumps, and clean wood.
   Appliances and metal items: stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, auto parts, radiators, lawn furniture, old bikes, lawn mowers (gas emptied), scrap pipe and metals.
   Garbage items: treated wood, lumber, broken furniture, and other non-reusable items (under 6 feet in length).

Please do not bring:
   Refrigerators, freezers, or window air conditioners (they contain chemicals); paint, pesticides, solvents, thinners, cleaning products, oil, antifreeze, batteries or tires, barbed wire, chainlink fencing, or items that contain chemicals. Other unacceptable items include: items eight feet or longer, paint cans, barrels, drums, yard waste larger than eight inches in diameter.
