False alarm: An '87 white Ford Econoline van was reported stolen from the parking lot of a warehouse complex on the 15500 block of Woodinville-Redmond Rd. on July 18. The van was the company car of an office furniture manufacturer. Three days later, an employee reported the car was not stolen but had been in use by another employee.
Stolen tools: At the same furniture manufacturing business, an unknown quantity of carpentry tools was stolen at some time between July 18 and 21. The suspect(s) pried open the lock on the rear door with an unknown tool.
911 hang-up: Police responding to a 911 hang-up call just after midnight on July 19 arrested an intoxicated 39-year-old white female after she assaulted her roommate and resisted arrest. The roommate had arrived home to find the suspect passed out, and dialed 911 when the suspect awoke and began a verbal and physical assault. The suspect disconnected the phone line. When police arrived the suspect resisted arrest, struck an officer and yelled profanities. The victim suffered from two jaw injuries.
Fourth degree assault: On the evening of July 18, an 18-year-old woman was choked and punched by a black male in his late twenties on the 18000 block of NE Woodinville-Duvall Ln. She and the suspect, her ex-boyfriend, were both employees at the location of the assault. The victim suffered from scrapes on the chest, a cut lip and bruises on the arm and neck.
