Historic road trip and landmarks tour

Historic Seattle and the King County Landmarks and Heritage Commission will sponsor the King County Road Trip and Landmarks Tour Aug. 17 from 1 to 4 p.m. The self-guided tour will loop through the Snoqualmie Valley on Highways 202 and 203.
Cost of the tour is $10 per car. Sites that will be visited include Snoqualmie Valley Museum in North Bend, Meadowbrook Farm site, Snoqualmie Prairie, the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad Depot, Snoqualmie Falls Park, Fall City Masonic Hall No. 66, built in 1895, Neighbors Bennett House, built in 1904, Hjertoos Farm, built in 1907 and the Dougherty Farmstead and pioneer cemetery, built in 1888. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions.
