Peggy Winchell has just moved to Bothell with her fiance Michael and her two children, has a new job with Precor, and thinks Bothell is a great place to live and work. She also was the grand prize winner at the Greater Bothell Arts Fair and now owns a waterfall sculpted in stone by Dee Temple, of Temple Gardens in Bothell.
Peggy and her fiancˇ' were bicycling Saturday on the Sammamish River bike trail when they stopped for ice cream, and Peggy saw a sign for the fair across the street. The went to the fair that day and had such a good time they brought her parents on Sunday.
