This year's Puyallup Fair opens Friday, Sept. 5 and runs through Sunday, Sept. 21.

   Puyallup Fair Concert tickets are sold at all Ticketmaster ticket centers. Tickets purchased at least one day in advance include gate admission to the Fair. Call Ticketmaster at 628-0888.
  
   The Dodge Truck Wrangler Circuit Series PRCA Rodeo will be held the first weekend of the fair this year (Sept. 5, 7:30 p.m., Sept. 6, 2 and 7:30 p.m., Sept. 7, 2 p.m.) Call Ticketmaster, 628-0888.
  
   Fair goers can enjoy unlimited rides (except the Roller Coaster, Wild Cat, Skyride and the extreme zone rides) Mondays through Thursdays with the Dizzy Pass. Buy a ride bracelet and use it from noon to 10 p.m.
  
   Young Fair goers can enjoy special rides in Kiddyland Sept. 11 and 18 with a special offer ot 7 Kiddyland tickets for $7. They are on sale from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursdays, and the rides can be enjoyed from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  
   A Fair Value Pack offers advance purchases of 4 gate admissions, 6 food coupons and 20 ride coupons for $29.95. The package may be purchased at Fred Meyer stores through Sept. 2.
  
   Special attractions at this year's Fair include: The Extreme Zone, a new thrill area with fun for participants and viewers; a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride; an NBA Jam Session/Sprite Playground; Wearable Art; a Cowboy Gathering (Sept. 18-21), an International Dessert Bar and a renovation at the Artists in Action Building.
  
   Admission to the Fair is $7.50 for adults; $4.50 for youth (6-18 yrs.;) Free for 5 years and under; $4.50 for seniors (62+.) Parking is $5.
   Fair hours Gates open at 8 a.m. daily. Exhibits open Sundays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Fridays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
