Chrysalis School receives approval

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse has approved the college-prep courses offered by Chrysalis School, in Woodinville for use in establishing the certification status of student-athletes from the school. This means that core courses taught at Chrysalis meet the recognized academics requirements established by the NCAA for entrance into Division I and Division II colleges. The core courses include English, mathematics, social science, natural/physical science, and foreign languages.
Chrysalis School offers independent study programs and small group classes that allow student-athletes to concentrate on their sport while participating in part-time, customized academics.
