by Andrew Walgamott
KENMORE--King County's sixth-largest city by population joined Bothell and Lake Forest Park at the north end of Lake Washington last week after voters here approved incorporation. Kenmore voters overwhelmingly approved incorporation, passing the measure 2,800 yes votes to 1,146 no votes. Born on a stormy night, King County's sixth largest city now faces the challenge of organizing a government before officially incorporating Aug. 31, 1998.
