  NW News Staff
Bothell Fire Chief Marcus Kragness (left) and King County Councilmember Maggi Fimia (center) listen as Bothell Community Development and Public Works Director Lynn Guttmann explains the new "Bothell Free Ride" shuttle bus to a group gathered for a demonstration of the service.

Three free shuttle buses circulate through Bothell's business parks every 15 minutes during weekday commuting hours, providing connections to six Metro and Community Transit routes that serve many areas of King and Snohomish Counties. Bothell Free Ride began operation Sept. 22 and is a demonstration project funded by a federal grant and developed cooperatively by the City of Bothell, King County Metro and Community Transit. For more information, call Metro at (206) 553-3000.
