  William Clinton Irvine
   William Irvine, 70, a Woodinville resident for 30 years, died Dec. 7 in Bellevue. Mr. Irvine was born June 27, 1927 in Missoula, Montana to Joseph and Ruth Irvine. He graduated from high school in Coolidge, Arizona. After serving in Korea as a 1st lieutenant in the armored division, he attended law school at the University of Arizona graduating in 1957. He worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Omaha, Nebraska from 1957 to 1961 returning to Tucson, Arizona to join the firm of Boyle, Bilby, Thompson and Shoenhair where he practiced for 6 years. In 1968 he moved his family to Seattle, again working for the Internal Revenue Service. For the past 20 years Mr. Irvine has been a partner in the firm of Inslee, Best, Doesie and Ryder in Bellevue.
   His survivors include his wife of 46 years, Patricia; his sons, John Irvine and wife, Cindy and son, Justin of Camano Island, William J. Irvine and wife Susan and son Clinton of Heidelberg, Germany, David Irvine and son Jackson of Woodinville; daughters, Deborah Lohnes and husband Bradley and children Heather and Mike of Snohomish, Dianne Hemming and husband Richard and children Jacob and Rianne; sisters, Nadine Luchau of Ronan, Montana and Joann Irvine of Green Valley, Arizona.
