Alumni Applause

  The following western Washington students have been accepted into Washington State University's Honors Program. Bothell: Jeana M. Kortlever, 1997 graduate of Bothell High School, daughter of Janelle and Gordon Kortlever of Bothell. Matthew P. Murray, 1997 graduate of Bothell High School, son of Ellen and Michael Murray of Bothell.
   Curtis Devin Gamble is a candidate for his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma for the fall semester.
   The following students are members of the Washington State University Cougar Marching Band who will be performing in the Tournament of Roses Parade and during the football game Jan. 1 in Pasadena, California.
   Bothell: Ginger Hoggatt, Karyn James, Travis Robinson, John Sanders, Roy Stanfill.
   Woodinville: Nicole Hurlock and Megan Metcalf.
   Jeremy Klosterman of Woodinville was on the first-term Dean's List at Northwest Nazarene College.
   Matthew Arndt, a Lewis & Clark College senior, from Woodinville, has been named a Ben B. Cheney scholar. The Cheney scholarship is awarded annually to five sophomores and five seniors.
