Games for physically disabled

  Teams and individuals can sign up now for the 22nd annual Washington Games for Physically Disabled Youth, held this year on May 16 at Green River Community College in Auburn. The Washington Games are an opportunity for physically disabled youth to compete in a wide range of athletic events, including volleyball and wrestling. The Washington Games are co-sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Meridian in Kent, the King County Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department.
   Individuals and organizations such as schools, clinics, and parks departments are invited to register teams or single competitors for this event adapted for kids with disabilities. Participants should be between four and 21 years of age.
