New member for School Board

   BOTHELL--Tim Barclay, a risk assessor, was sworn in as a Northshore School District Board of Directors' member last week. He fills a position recently vacated by former boardmember Jeff Schaub. Barclay and his wife Julie have three children, two of whom attend Fernwood Elementary. He works for Millman and Robertson in Seattle as an actuary and has passed exams necessary to obtain Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries. He has a B.S. degree with a double major in math and business and economics, and has completed two years of graduate work in mathematics. Barclay will serve as a boardmember until the November, 1999 board election.
