GOING OUT

Concert to benefit Hooterville


   On Saturday, August 22 at 6 p.m., the bands Swirl and Mercy Rain will perform a benefit concert at the Red Hook Brewery, 14300 NE 145th Street in Woodinville. The charities benefitting from the event are Hooterville Safehaus, Northwest Harvest and Children's Learning Center. This event is presented by Northwest Rock for Humanity, a non-profit organization created to bring together communities with talented performers to raise awareness and money for various charities that are in need. Northwest Harvest will be accepting non-perishable food donations at the event. Tickets are $20 and available at all Ticketmaster locations.
