Around the Valley
The Snoqualmie Watershed Forum will meet on Wednesday, July 1 at 7 p.m. at the Mount Si Senior Center in North Bend. The agenda includes Endangered Species Act response in the Snoqualmie Watershed, and brief overviews of upcoming flooding, water quality and fish habitat projects. The public is welcome to attend. Vacation Bible School
The Duvall Church (on Main Street) invites all kids 3 1/2 years old through 5th grade to participate in Vacation Bible School. VBS runs from 9 a.m. to noon Monday-Friday, July 6-10. VBS is free. With the theme "Space Mission" the children will be challenged with week-long Bible Exploration, Blast-Off and Re-Entry programs. Call 788-1010.
Tim Noah in Monroe

Health card testing
Health card testing will take place on Friday, June 26, 10 a.m. to noon at Carnation Multi-Service Center, 31957 E. Commercial St. Those taking the test must have read the Food Handler's Manual beforehand. Copies are available from the Multi-Service Center, King County Libraries and most employers. Second summer toddler program enrolling
Children's Services of Sno-Valley has added a second summer toddler program in response to public interest. Enrollment is now being accepted for the new "Toddler Tuesdays" program which begins July 7. Throughout the summer on Tuesdays from 10-11:30 a.m., toddlers (six months to three years) and their parents can participate in a variety of activities, including songs, art, water play, stories and more.
The fee is $4 per session for each parent and child team. The program will run July 7 to August 11. Pre-registration and payment are required. To register, call Chuck at 888-2777.
