BHS students win 1998 Congressional Art Competition

   Representative Rick White (R-First District) has announced the First District winners of the 1998 Congressional High School Art Competition. Megan Kirchgessner of Bothell High School won first place for her chalk drawing, "Secret." Second place went to Melanie Armaral, also of Bothell High School, for her pencil drawing, "Self Portrait."
  
   Kirchgessner's drawing will be displayed along with works of other students country-wide in Washington D.C. Armaral's drawing will hang in White's office.
