Refrigerator roundup Sept. 12

   The last 1998 Special Recycling Collection Day in the Snoqualmie Valley will be Saturday, Sept. 12 at Mt. Si High School Gymnasium parking lot from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  
   The city of Snoqualmie is the sponsor and residents of North Bend, Carnation, Duvall and surrounding unincorporated King County area are especially invited.
  
   The following residential household materials will be accepted for recycling:
Scrap metal-hot water tanks, auto parts, stoves, washers, dryers, cast iron sinks and tubs, lawn mowers-all with fuel removed; refrigerators and freezers; tires; vehicle batteries; used motor oil and filters; antifreeze; reusable household goods and textiles; plastic plant pots and styrofoam loose packing fill in bags. No hazardous waste will be accepted.
   For questions, call the Recycling Coordinator at 425-788-1185 before loading up.
