Bell tolls for historic Wallace Farms

 But this land is too rich--no pun intended--for a farmer to buy. The sellers are targeting people who make their money in the city, who can afford to buy 30-40 acres with a house site, lots of privacy, river frontage and a terrific view.

Chamber appealing Park & Ride

 Business owners here are appealing a Metro Park & Ride planned for a vacant lot adjacent to the Woodinville-Duvall Bridge. The lot is owned by the city and is currently used for limited parking by businesses north of the bridge. The city has asked Metro to develop a Park & Ride on the property, but at a council meeting in May, a Metro spokesman said a Metro lot would be for bus customers only, thus eliminating any general parking.
