Bothell Parks and Rec. Programs

   National Family Health & Fitness Day will be observed on Saturday, Sept. 26th, Noon- 3 p.m. at the Park at Bothell Landing. Free events include baseball radar toss, golf putting, orienteering, information booths, and more. Call the City of Bothell Parks & Recreation Dept. at 486-3256 ext. 4377 for more details. Kayak races will also be held. Preregistration and a small entrance fee are required. Call the City of Woodinville Parks & Recreation to register at 489-2700.
   Learn how to create balloon flowers and creations in this hands-on class for ages 8 through adult. Class begins on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2 p.m. Registration is required by Friday, Sept. 25.
   Scrapbooking class will teach you, step-by-step, how to turn your boxes of photos and memorabilia into keepsake, photo-safe albums. Held on Thursday, Oct. 1, 7-9 p.m. Cost is $10 and includes instruction, handouts and supplies to make your first page. Pre-registration is required by Sept. 29.
   Basic First Aid Class will be offered on Wed. Sept. 30, 7- 10 p.m. This class is Labor & Industries approved with a 2-year certification card issued upon completion. Cost is $20. Preregistration before Sept. 29.
