Sean Kellogg, 17, achieved scouting's highest level at an Eagle Court of Honor June 28 at the Bothell United Methodist Church.
Kellogg began his scouting career at seven years as a Tiger Cub in Pack 429 continuing on to Boy Scout Troop 420. As a scout he served in several leadership positions including Senior Patrol Leader for two years.
Kellogg's Eagle Project was a very special one for him. A long-time chess fanatic, he designed and built a life-sized chess board that was presented to Woodinville Library.
He was aided by Don Julian, library manager and many friends.
