'The Nightingale' comes to Molbak's Fairyland

   This year Molbak's Floral Fairyland will present Hans Christian Andersen's "The Nightingale," the story of a sweet bird with a silvery tongue who teaches a Chinese emperor an important lesson about freedom. The free performances are set for Oct. 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 at 5 and 7 p.m.; Oct. 10, 17, 24 at 4, 5:30 and 7 p.m.; Oct. 11, 18, 25 at 11:30 a.m., 2, 4 and 5:30 p.m.
  
   Along with the 33 performances at the Woodinville store are colorful three-dimensional vignettes with handwritten scrolls and fanciful characters.
