Class appreciates support

I am writing on behalf of my classmates in Mr. Mejlaender's Leadership Class at Tolt Middle School in Carnation. Our first class project was to organize a staff appreciation activity to kick off the school year.
We presented each staff member, every secretary and custodian, teacher and administrator, with a personalized card and flower, coffee, juice, pastries and fruit.
This activity could only happen because of the support our class received from several area businesses. Starbucks in Carnation, Remlinger Farms, Family Grocer and the Little Country Bakery in Duvall all came through with various donations in support of our project. We want to acknowledge their willingness to support a group of 11-13 year olds who wanted to recognize the dedication of our teachers and school staff.
The activity was a huge success.
