Woodinville soccer player trains with national team

   Laura Uhlmansiek of Woodinville was selected and participated in the United States Soccer Federation Under-14 National Camp at the ARCO Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA in August.
  
   The National Camp is a developmental program made up of 64 of the top players in the nation at this age group. The camp provides the opportunity to train with the top national coaches and to develop into players who may one day represent the U.S. in the Olympics and World Cup.
  
   Laura was captain of the U-14 Washington State Team that participated in the Region IV Olympic Development Training Camp in Laramie, WY in July.
  
   She was selected to the Region IV Team and participated in team training in the Denver area. Laura is co-captain of the U-15 Washington Soccer Club Team coached by Steve Crum and Adrienne Sellers.
  
   She is an 8th grader at The Overlake School. Recently Laura has been selected and will participate in the U-14 Inter-Regional Olympic Development U-14 Tournament at the Bollettieri Sports Academy in Bradenton, FL during the Thanksgiving holidays.
