Rainier Wood Recyclers opens in Fall City

On Oct. 1, Rainier Wood Recyclers opened its new wood waste recycling yard in Fall City. This family owned and operated business recycles brush and stumps into chips for landscaper mulch and other manufactured products such as animal bedding, arena chips, mud control chips and wood shavings.
Rainier Wood Recyclers is located at 33216 SE Redmond-Fall City road, one-half mile west of downtown Fall City on the north side of SR-202. Open to the public, their fees for dropping off brush and stumps are about one-third the cost of landfilling.
As a free community service, senior citizens are invited to drop off one yard of brush and stumps per day, at no charge. Christmas trees will also be accepted for free from all King County residents during the month of January.
   Rainier Wood Recyclers is open Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
