Relais offers cooking classes
Cordon Bleu trained chef, Eric Eisenberg, will lead a hands-on class in the techniques of world class cooking at Relais Restaurant. A Taste of Autumn on Nov. 2 will feature a complete menu using mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest.
