Bothell Parks & Rec programs

   Take a train trip to Centralia Oct. 23 on Amtrak. Participants will meet at the King Street Station at 7 a.m. and arrive back home at approximately 8 p.m. It's a very relaxing, fun filled day! Registration must be received by Oct. 23. Cost is $32/adult, $29/sr. citizen, $18/youth, under 2 ride free.
   Learn basic floral arranging techniques in a Floral Accents class. You'll learn to create arrangements, swags, wreaths, topiaries using fresh, silk and dried flowers. Also class members will make an elegant rose wreath class to take home. Class we be held on Tues., Oct. 20, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Cost is $25.00/person plus $10.00 materials fee.
   CPR training will be offered on Thurs., Oct, 22 from 7-10 p.m. A two year certification card will be issued upon completion.
   A Haunted Pool Party for ages 6-12 will be held on Sat., Oct. 24, from1:45 to 3:45 p.m. at the Northshore Pool. Games, prizes, and treats will be provided. Pre-registration is required. Cost is $3.00/person.
   A Pumpkin Carving Party for families will be held on Sat., Oct. 24 from 4 to 6p.m. Bring your pumpkin and leave with a jack-o lantern. You may bring your own carving tools or use materials provided to decorate your pumpkin. Refreshments will be provided. Cost is $3.00/adult and $2.00/child.
