Spaghetti Bowl returns

Members of the Kiwanis Club of Northshore will be cooking up their famous spaghetti sauce for the 32nd annual spaghetti dinner to be held Oct. 30.
After feasting on spaghetti, salad, bread and dessert at the Anderson Cafeteria, football fans can troop across the lawn to cheer on either the homecoming hosts, Inglemoor Vikings, or the Bothell Cougars as the local rivals square off at Pop Keeney Field. Those attending the buffet event, which always precedes the game, have dubbed the crosstown football game the Spaghetti Bowl.
Proceeds from the dinner support Kiwanis scholarships and youth activities. The spaghetti feed, held at the school cafeteria, 18603 Bothell Way N.E., will begin at 4:30 p.m. and continue until 7. Adults can load up on food for $6, senior citizens for $3.50 and families for $20.00 For more information, contact Eric Barnum at 489-6344.
