   Oct. 4: Two brothers got into a fight over the driving habits of one of them. Police apprehended the perpetrator later and booked him into King County Jail for assault.
   Oct. 14: Police investigated a phone threat in which a suspect threatened to kill the victim if the victim did not stop spreading rumors about him. The incident has been turned over to the prosecutor for the filing of felony charges.
   Oct. 15: A minor was arrested for being in possession of marijuana while at Cedarcrest High School.
   Oct. 15: A 911 hangup call alerted police to a local business. Officers found a victim and suspect behind the business. The suspect had assaulted the victim, pulled the phone the victim was trying to use out of the wall and broke the window out of the victim's car. The suspect was booked into King County Jail.
   Oct. 16: Officers investigated a phone harassment complaint at a local business. The calls were being made from King County Jail. A quick phone call from an officer took care of the problem.
   A van with three kids, securely buckled up, coasted down an incline and ran over a tree, out onto 3rd Ave., over another tree, through both sides of a fence and came to rest against a fire hydrant. Although the kids were shaken, there were no injuries.
