'Winter Wonderland' theme for Carnation Christmas

The Carnation Chamber of Commerce will be holding its annual Christmas in Carnation on Dec. 5 with a "Winter Wonderland" theme. The event will begin at noon with pictures with Santa until 4 p.m. and craft bazaar until 6 p.m. There will be a parade at 4:30 p.m. with Carnation royalty and anyone else (kids too) who would like to enter with lighted/decorated cars, wagons, sleds or whatever.
There will be a Christmas tree lighting, free hot chocolate, s'mores, cider, roasted chestnuts and other activities for kids and adults alike. Merchants are decorating their windows using the theme "Winter Wonderland." The community residences will have a contest for the best holiday decorated home.
For further information or craft bazaar/parade form call Georgia White-Romaine at Rosebud's at 425-333-6895 or Kathy Castello at 333-4249. Anyone with a special talent (singing, storytelling) that would like to perform for Christmas should call Becky Nixon at 425-844-9223.
