Willows Lodge proposed on NE 145th

Willows Lodge, a proposed hotel, restaurant and winery complex, is slated for completion in April of 2000 pending permit approval by the City of Woodinville. Located on a 5-acre parcel adjacent to Redhook Brewery and Sammamish River on NE 145th, Willows Lodge is being developed by Phil Sherburne and partners.
A winery will be located on the southwest side of the tree-lined entrance with vineyards across the drive. The 88-room hotel will be located across from the restaurant, just north of the winery, with a circular drive. A large parking area will sit northwest of the hotel. The plan calls for extensive landscaping with many garden walks and easy access to the Sammamish Trail.
"We want to build a high quality hotel offering a more personal and unique experience," said Sherburne. A banquet area will include 4,000 square feet.
"This project supports the Woodinville Tourist District Master Plan," said Ray Sturtz, city planning director.
