Driver charged in hit-and-run death

 Michael Rhynalds told friends he hit a deer that night, but the friends, after hearing about a Nov. 7 hit-and-run accident that killed a North Bend teen, became suspicious about the front-end damage to the white 1988 Ford Mustang.

Children's Services of Sno-Valley Board names six new members

 Six individuals of diverse backgrounds were elected recently to the Board of Directors of Children's Services of Sno-Valley, the local nonprofit agency providing an array of educational, therapeutic and support services to children and families in the Snoqualmie Valley.
