Holiday art exhibit at Framewright

   During the month of December, FrameWright Gallery plays host to more than a dozen local artists who will be exhibiting their original works in a wide range of media and styles. Artists will include Beverly Fotheringham, Marilyn Webberley, Cindra Avery, Elizabeth Briars, Arturo Torres, Ray Miles, Rita Nicol, Ross Nicol, Viki Horat, Cheryl Hufnagel, Amy Guilick, Linda Cameron, Teddi Hosman, Michele Ohge, and Jean Gamman. Holiday ice skating begins

   Children of all ages can skate to holiday music on the newly expanded Wells Fargo Ice Arena located at Bellevue's Downtown Park (between Bellevue Square and Old Bellevue) from noon to 9:15 p.m. Nov. 27-Jan. 3, 1999. The arena will be closed on Christmas Day. Admission (cash only) is $4; skate rental is $2.

Holiday concert

   Washington Cathedral will present This Christmas Time, a holiday concert featuring vocalist Tony Easterly on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. Suggested donations are $25 for preferential seating and $10 for general admission. All proceeds will benefit the children of the Guatemala City Dump Project. Concert tickets are available through the church (869-5433), at the concert, or through the website, www.wacathedral.org.
