Chef to sign books

   Palisade executive chef John Howie, a Woodinville resident, will hold a cooking demonstration and book signing Nov. 27 from 1-3 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. at the Made in Washington store in Bellevue Square.

Breakfast at Odd Fellows Hall

   Community members are invited to a breakfast Nov. 28 from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall, 10116 NE 185th in Bothell. Cost for the pancakes, ham, and egg breakfast is $1.25 for children and $2.50 for adults. 483-0236 or 488-8457.

Village Boutique

   The Village Boutique will feature a variety of hand-crafted gifts, decorations, and ornaments by local artists Nov. 27 from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Nov. 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Nov. 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Location of the sale will be the Knights of Columbus Hall, 24323 Bothell-Everett Hwy.

Peg Phillips to speak at Rotary

   The Rotary meeting Dec. 1 at 7 a.m. at the Columbia Winery will feature Peg Phillips, well-known actress and founder of the Woodinville Repertory Theater. She will speak at 8 a.m. Those interested in attending should call 483-2320.
