Arts & Crafts Fair

   Kenmore Elementary School's 24th Annual Arts & Crafts Fair will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Crafts people from around the Puget Sound will be displaying a variety of beautiful hand-crafted items. The children's craft center has lots and lots of inexpensive gifts for children to make for friends and family. Attendees can take a break from shopping and treat themselves to a sweet and coffee at the bake sale, or pizza at the snack bar. There will be a children's movie room. The school is located at 19121 71st Ave NE, Bothell.

Humane Society holds Holiday Pet Food Drive

   The Humane Society's 15-year-old pet food bank program desperately needs donated dog and cat food (dry or canned) to meet the growing demand from low income senior pet owners and pet owners living with HIV/AIDS. The public is asked to buy an extra can or bag of pet food or kitty litter when they are shopping for groceries between now and Jan. 3. Lutefisk and meatball dinner

   A lutefisk and meatball dinner will be held Dec. 5 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Bothell Sons of Norway Hall, 23905 Bothell-Everett Hwy. Cost for adults is $13; children 12 and under are $5.
