This one is for all you last-minute shoppers looking for the perfect gift. The Brons Memorial Dinner Auction is being held at Cedarcrest High School on Saturday, Dec. 12. With over 80 items to bid on, there is something for everyone.

Dinner and the silent auction bidding will begin at 6 p.m. and the live auction gets underway at 8 p.m. Families are welcome to this fundraiser, which will feature a spaghetti meal with salad, bread, dessert, and Starbucks coffee.

There will be a supervised activity table for children to participate at while adults browse the many wonderful donated items. There is everything from Navajo rugs and handmade Teddy bears to an Edgar Martinez signed game bat and Dan Wilson's shoes. There are many gift baskets with themes such as Barbie, Lego, children's books, picnic, and scrapbooking.

Money raised will help Mike and Charlie Vowels of Duvall return to Cambodia, in memory of their adopted son Brons McCormick Vowels, to adopt a third child. Fifteen-month-old Brons died unexpectedly this past year of a rare medical condition affecting his red blood cells. His parents and 3-year-old sister Alex survive him.

Dinner is $5 for adults, $3 for children ages 4-13, and children under three eat free.
