Driver thankful for the heroes who offered her help

On Sunday, Dec. 6, I was driving along Highway 202 at about 9 a.m. when I hit a patch of black ice and spun around a couple of times. I ended up off the road down the bank; my Ford truck tipped on its side.

I just want to say thank you to the man who helped me out of my truck. After he climbed down the bank and helped me climb out of my truck, he introduced himself as Kevin.

There was also another man who stopped to help. He left to call my mom for me and never returned. I don't know what his name was, but I'd like to thank him as well. If it weren't for these two men, I would have been stuck there for a very long time. It was a very frightful experience for me, but these two men are my heroes.

Thanks, guys, especially Kevin, for helping me out in my time of need. You definitely have giving, caring hearts. Thank you so much!!
