To make giving everything you've got a little easier ... Total Health and Fitness is, once again, offering its popular Circuit Training class. This unique class combines aerobics, flexibility, and weight training in a one-hour group exercise class.
Classes, being held at Total Health and Fitness (3946 Tolt Ave., Carnation) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 p.m., will begin its new session on Monday, Jan. 4.
Class size is limited to nine participants at a cost of $30 for 12 sessions per month. Enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others who share the same goals as you. Work out under a structured exercise program while the music, a timer, and a certified instructor help keep you motivated and on track throughout your session.
