Conservation District tree sale

  Snohomish Conservation District announces their 13th annual native tree and shrub sale coming up March 7th in Monroe. Now is the time to call the office and request a free plant brochure and place orders to reserve your plants. Two trees that are not listed in the brochure are Noble Fir and Western White Pine. Other plants available include: Douglas Fir, Hemlock, Cedar, Dogwood, Rugosa Rose, Mock Orange and more. The sale is held the first Saturday of March at the Evergreen State Fairgrounds in Monroe. The sale is open to the public and all trees, with the exception of the pre-orders, are available first-come, first-serve. Volunteers are also needed the week prior to the sale to assist with packaging. Call the office at (425) 335-5634 to request a brochure, place an order, or volunteer to help package trees for conservation efforts in Snohomish County.
