Frontier breaks ground for new bank
WOODINVILLE--Frontier Bank broke ground near the Woodinville Park and Ride for a new bank branch recently. The office, expected to open in May, will replace another branch that is tucked in a back street near Canterbury Square.
Earl Carrey, Frontier general manager, said the new one-story 3,600 square-feet building will make the business more visible in Woodinville. It will be situated across the street from the downtown shopping complex. Carrey said the branch will have two drive-up windows, an outdoor ATM and a walk-in vault with safe deposit boxes.
Frontier has 19 offices, a real estate division and a trust department, and is located mainly in Snohomish, north King and Skagit counties. The company has assets of $875 million, and is celebrating its 20th year of business in 1998, Carrey said.
