Trombley sentenced to 21 months
SEATTLE--Randal Allen Trombley was sentenced to 21 months in jail last Friday for delivery of cocaine. He had pled guilty to the charge last October. Trombley turned himself in to police Sept. 3 following an August 1 raid on his mobile home on Big Rock Road where scales and other drug paraphernalia and $11,450 in $20 bills were recovered. His arrest, was part of an extensive drug investigation in the Duvall area by local police and the Eastside Narcotics Task Force. One of those arrested, former Duvall City Councilmember Ernie Zumwalt, who was recently found guilty of selling and possession of cocaine, at one time allegedly called Trombley "one of the largest cocaine dealers in the Duvall Valley." King County Prosecutor's Office spokesman Dan Donohoe said Trombley was to report to jail March 3. Trombley will get credit for three days already served. Standard sentence for Trombley's crime is 21 to 27 months, Donohoe said.
